TICKET REFUND POLICY

All tickets purchased through TheSentry.com via Ticketmaster or Spinzo (including Gallery Pass, Kamaʻāina, Military and First Responder tickets) will be automatically refunded to the original method of payment used by the original purchaser. No further action is required. Please allow up to 30 business days for funds to appear in your account, as processing times may vary. Parking purchased for The Sentry will also be automatically refunded to the original purchaser.

Tickets purchased through third-party resellers, brokers, or any platform other than TheSentry.com via Ticketmaster or Spinzo are not eligible for automatic refunds. Guests who purchased through a third-party (e.g., StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, etc.) must contact the agency where the ticket was purchased, directly, as The Sentry is not responsible for tickets obtained outside the official ticketing platform.
