Best Views in Golf

No. 1

If you’re here on Thursday, make sure you show up for the Aloha Kick-Off, featuring a Hawaiian blessing and Hawaiian entertainment (roughly 40 minutes before the first tee time). Otherwise, take a seat in the bleachers and listen to the player announcements as you take in the best first tee view in golf. #ThoseViewsThough

Talk about panoramic views. No. 18 is one of the most scenic, spectacular and important holes at The Plantation Course at Kapalua. You’ll want to head to the tee box to watch the PGA TOUR stars crush some 400 yard-plus drives (Davis Love III hit one 476 yards here in 2003, still the longest official drive in PGA TOUR history). Set against a backdrop of unparalleled beauty, it truly is a sight to be seen.

Calling all golf fanatics, the tee box of the par-3 11th hole is one of the best places on the property to get up close and personal with some of the best players in the world. The picturesque hole faces the beautiful Honolua Bay, which is known for its legendary surfing and beauty, but the best thing about this spot is its proximity to several holes to maximize golf watching, like the 10th, 12th, 13th and 14th holes. It’s also adjacent to the Three’s Catering food truck where fans can grab a bite to eat.
